Welcome to bdXHost. By using our hosting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Service Contract

bdXHost Service Contract Where the content states: "We" or "Us" or "Our" includes bdXHost or any party acting on bdXHost's implicit instructions. "You" or "Your" or "Reseller" or "client" or "customer" includes the person purchasing the services and/or any party acting on the customer's instructions. "Member" includes the purchaser of services and/or any party acting on the purchaser's instructions. "The Registrant" includes the person applying for a domain name or any party acting on the Registrant's instructions. "The Registry" refers to the relevant domain names Registry. "Server" means the computer server equipment in connection with the provision of the Services. "Web Site" means the area on the Server allocated by us to you for use by you as a site on the Internet. "TOS" includes this agreement. bdXHost reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, effective immediately upon posting of the modification to this URL: https://www.bdxhost.com/terms.html. In consideration of the mutual covenants herein, the parties agree to the following, which shall apply during the term of this agreement. By using any portion of bdXHost's service, you are agreeing to this service agreement on this document entirely.

This document is the contract between You and bdXHost.

1. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, distributing malware, hosting copyrighted material without permission, or engaging in spam or DDoS activities. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

2. Payments and Billing

All services are billed on a recurring basis. Payment is due on the invoice date. Failure to pay within the stipulated grace period may lead to service interruption. We accept various payment methods, subject to local banking regulations in Bangladesh.

3. Backups and Data Loss

While we provide regular backups as part of certain hosting packages, it is your sole responsibility to maintain independent backups of your data. We cannot be held liable for any data loss, corruption, or hardware failure.

4. Uptime Guarantee

We strive to provide a 99.99% network uptime guarantee. In the rare event of unscheduled downtime exceeding this SLA, you may be eligible for service credits, subject to our internal review and conditions.

5. Changes to Terms

bdXHost reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or an announcement on our client portal.
