1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for BDXHOST.COM hosting services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. Violation of any terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1.2 Account Setup
You must provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services for any user, with or without notice.
1.3 Payment & Billing
Payments must be made in advance.
Late payments may lead to service suspension after 7 days and termination after 14 days.
No refunds for domain registration, SSL, or one-time services.
1.4 Resource Usage
No CPU/RAM abuse.
Cron jobs: no more than 5 per hour.
Inodes limit: 250,000 for shared accounts.
Fair usage applies to all resources.
1.5 Prohibited Content & Activities
You may not host:
Hacking, phishing, or illegal software.
Adult content, spam, or anything against Bangladesh ICT Act.
Mass mailing or bulk email scripts.
1.6 Data Backup
We take weekly backups, but you are responsible for your own data. We recommend maintaining regular offsite backups.
1.7 Uptime Guarantee
We offer 99.9% uptime guarantee on all shared hosting plans. Scheduled maintenance is excluded.
1.8 Support
Support is provided via ticket/email/live chat. No support for third-party apps/scripts unless explicitly agreed upon.
2.1 Single Site Policy
Basic plans are for single website use only, unless explicitly mentioned.
2.2 Unlimited Usage Disclaimer
“Unlimited” refers to fair usage. Excessive CPU, RAM, or disk abuse may result in restrictions.
2.3 Account Sharing
Login credentials must not be shared. Violation may result in suspension.
2.4 Email Policy
Max 30 emails/hour/account. No mass mailing or spamming.
3.1 White Label Reselling
Resellers may use their own branding. BDXHOST.COM will not contact your clients.
3.2 Client Management
You are responsible for managing your own clients including billing, support, and abuse handling.
3.3 Abuse Responsibility
If a client under your reseller account violates our TOS, we will suspend that individual account. Repeat violations may lead to full reseller account suspension.
3.4 Overselling
Only allowed on specific reseller packages. Overselling without permission may lead to suspension.
3.5 Email Limits per Client
Each cPanel under a reseller has a default 200 emails/hour limit unless upgraded.
3.6 Support Scope
We provide support to you (the reseller), not your clients. You must handle their tickets.
3.7 WHM Access & Backups
WHM access is included. You must maintain your own backups in addition to ours.
4.1 Termination Policy
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations without prior notice.
4.2 Refunds
Refunds are provided only within the first 7 days for shared hosting if no policy is violated. No refunds on reseller packages unless due to BDXHOST.COM’s fault.
4.3 Changes to TOS
We may update our TOS at any time. Continued use of services implies your agreement to updated terms.
